Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship your Glowcose Light orders across the UK. All orders are handled with care and sent using trusted services.
📦 What delivery service do you use?
We ship all orders using Royal Mail Tracked 48 with Signature. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days, not including weekends or public holidays.
🕒 When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next working day.
📅 Do you deliver on Saturdays?
Yes. Royal Mail Tracked aims to deliver Monday through Saturday as standard.
🌍 Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to UK mainland and Northern Ireland only.
We do not yet offer international or island shipping — this will launch in Year 2 as we expand into the EU.
💷 How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size. Most customers pay £9.99 or less for the standard "48 hour Tracked and Signed for" shipping.
🔍 Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Every order comes with full tracking and signature confirmation.
You’ll get your tracking number by email or SMS, depending on what you enter at checkout.
⏳ What if my order is delayed?
Check your tracking link first. If your order hasn't arrived within 3 business days of dispatch, please get in touch.
