Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel your order.
- Products must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.

- Return the item within 14 days of cancelling to the address shown below.
!Faulty or misdescribed items
If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will make it right.

- Include your order number and a short description of the issue.
- We may ask for a photo to help speed up the process.
- We will offer a refund, repair, or replacement and cover return shipping.
£Refunds
- We will inspect your return when it arrives.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
- If the item was handled beyond what is needed to check it, we may deduct a small amount from your refund.
