How do I change the brightness of my Glowcose Light?

Press the button on the back. Choose from five brightness levels.

How many colours can the Glowcose Light display?

Red means low. Green is in range. Purple means high. There are many other colours inbetween too. The light uses aRGB (addressible RGB) so it'll use colours inbetween. For example, in-between red and green are shades of orange and yellow

Can I use more than one Glowcose Light?

Yes. Use as many as you like. They all sync from one account. You can use them in different locations.

Is it compatible with my CGM?

Yes. It works with Dexcom G6 and Dexcom G7. It works with FreeStyle Libre 2 and FreeStyle Libre 3. Nightscout is also supported.

How often does the colour update?

It updates every 2 minutes (can vary). It uses your latest CGM reading from the cloud

How do I reset my Glowcose Light?

  1. Unplug the USB cable.
  2. Hold the button on the back.
  3. While holding the button, plug the USB back in.
  4. Keep holding until the light turns red.

This resets the light to factory settings.

Will it remember my Wi-Fi settings?

Yes. It reconnects automatically after being unplugged.

Can't connect to the Glowcose Wi-Fi?

Select the Glowcose Wi-Fi, then open a browser and go to 192.168.4.1 to finish setup.

Why does the light flash green, then turn yellow?

This means the connection code is incorrect. Visit www.glowcose.io to check your code.
